📋 Description

• Build a working financial model of an assigned real estate transaction from a synthetic deal document pack • Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions • Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against fixed criteria • Provide a short written rationale for each peer review and complete the review scorecard • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years total experience: approximately 2 years in investment banking (Real Estate or Industrials) followed by 1–2 years in private equity • Currently or recently an Associate at a real-estate-focused mid-market or upper-mid-market private equity fund • Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template • Fluent English • Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
