📋 Description

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in the propulsion and effects domain • Label prompts as benign, dual-use, or adversarial • Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard • Judge whether responses were handled correctly • Write reference answers describing correct responses and the technical reasoning behind them • Red-team frontier AI models to assess their ability to judge technical misuse potential • Read and write about misuse scenarios in the field for sustained periods

🎯 Requirements

• Designed, qualified, or tested propulsion and initiation systems using real hardware and real test data • Relevant background in munitions or warhead design and effects engineering • Relevant background in solid, liquid, or hybrid propulsion system design, test, and qualification • Relevant background in terminal effects modelling, including blast, fragmentation, or penetration • Relevant background in fuzing, safe-and-arm, and initiation system engineering • Relevant background in test range engineering and instrumentation for propulsion or ordnance • Able to distinguish routine professional questions from potentially harmful requests • Strong writing ability; every judgment requires a written rationale understandable to a non-specialist • Prior technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is a strong signal • Must not use or draw on classified, export-controlled, NDA-protected, or prepublication-review information • Must disclose any such obligations so the work can be scoped accordingly
