📋 Description

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in radiological safety, labelled benign, dual-use, and adversarial • Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard • Judge whether responses handled radiological safety requests correctly • Write reference answers and explain the technical reasoning behind them • Create prompts that distinguish legitimate professional questions from dangerous misuse scenarios • Provide written rationales that non-specialists can follow • Read and write about radiological-safety misuse scenarios for sustained periods • Scope the work appropriately where classified, export-controlled, NDA-covered, or prepublication-restricted obligations exist

🎯 Requirements

• Must have held a radiation safety licence and been the person of record for acquisition, inventory, transfer and disposal • Experience as a named RSO on a broad-scope licence, RSO or deputy RSO at a university, hospital or research institute, industrial or irradiator RSO, licensing and compliance specialist, or radiation protection manager • Experience with programme management, source inventory, regulatory compliance, Category 1 and 2 sealed sources, radiography, gauging, sterilisation, regulator submissions, amendments and inspections, ALARA, audits, training, and incident reporting, as applicable • Ability to distinguish routine professional questions from potentially dangerous misuse scenarios • Strong technical writing ability; every judgment must include a written rationale understandable to a non-specialist • Prior technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is a strong signal • Must not use classified or export-controlled information, NDA-covered information, or information subject to prepublication review obligations • Qualified applicants must meet applicable legal work requirements
