📋 Description

• Participate in a paid AI design research study with a major technology company building AI design tooling • Join structured, recorded remote sessions capturing how expert designers approach problems, assess craft quality, critique work, and decide when designs are ready to ship • Depending on fit, act as the design expert being interviewed or conduct the interview • Complete approximately 4–5 hours per task or interview, including preparation and a short review afterward • Share design work for fit assessment, using only publicly shareable, non-confidential materials • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems • Complete work as an independent contractor on a self-directed schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level design experience in product, UX, brand, or adjacent craft disciplines • Clear point of view on design quality, critique, and shipping standards • Portfolio that can be shared, ideally via website link • Only publicly shareable work; no confidential, unreleased, or NDA-covered material • Must be engaged as an independent contractor • Must be able to work without access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
