📋 Description

• Contribute original footage that you shot and fully own, or source openly licensed footage • Author realistic editing briefs • Build post-production tasks end to end in your own editing software • Cut footage, introduce defects or distractors when required, and produce the reference edit • Write concrete, checkable grading criteria with editorial reasoning • Blind-solve tasks built by other editors • Write step-by-step solutions • Create post-production tasks used to train and evaluate AI agents

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years editing professionally in film and TV, commercials, broadcast news, or creator and social production • Own deliverables end to end • Fluent in at least one professional editor: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer • Basic color and audio cleanup skills • Comfortable with delivery specifications including resolution, frame rate, codecs, audio channel layouts, and frame-accurate cuts • Strong plus: library of unpublished original footage shot and fully owned by the candidate • People appearing in submitted footage must sign an appearance release • Submit a resume and link to a reel or portfolio • Complete a short AI interview about editing background • Answer questions about available footage, ownership, and consent for use • Not open to residents of California • Available for approximately 12 hours per week • Must work as an independent contractor • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
