📋 Description

• Serve as the first relationship contact for startups, ensuring they get the most business value out of Mercury • Build relationships across startup teams and help them grow and scale while adopting Mercury’s core suite • Execute playbooks for consistent engagement across a large portfolio of startups, focused on optimization, retention, and growth • Proactively retain, expand, and surface opportunities and high-growth startups across the book of business • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to advocate for the customer experience and improve it • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in FinTech, Customer Success, early-stage banking, or startup-facing Account Management • Experience working with founders or early-stage teams; comfort with ambiguity and speed • Effectively managing a large book of accounts with automation and playbooks without losing personal touches • Strong communication skills and responsiveness across Slack and email • Ability to attend in-person events (<20%) • Customer-first, process-driven mindset • Strong documentation, proactive communication, and project management • Series 65 license, CFP, or CFA charterholder are bonus points
