📋 Description

• Build and run the integrated GTM Engine plan across Growth Product, Growth Marketing, Revenue, and GTM Data • Manage milestones, dependencies, critical path, and cross-team handoffs • Maintain RAID and decision logs with clear owners • Drive decisions through ambiguity, clarify ownership, and surface tradeoffs • Prepare GTM Review materials • Design planning cycles, reviews, and launch-readiness checks • Create dashboards, written updates, and a single source of truth • Build automation and agentic flows to run programs efficiently and with high quality • Sit on Mercury’s Strategic Operations team and embed with GTM leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years running cross-functional programs, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech • Experience working inside a CRM, lifecycle, CDP, or attribution stack such as Salesforce, Customer.io, Segment, or equivalents • Structured thinking • Strong structured communication • Bias to action • Low ego • AI fluency, including having automated some work and being able to show the before and after
