📋 Description

• Enhance operational efficiency through automation and optimization solutions within the Revenue Cycle department • Use EPIC automation, Studio-X, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort • Leverage advanced coding solutions and new technologies to support process improvements and scalability • Champion continuous improvement and innovation • Collaborate across departments • Provide training and support for ongoing development needs • Apply Revenue Cycle processes, lean methodology, and automation technologies

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent • 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, process improvement, or automation-related roles • Proficiency in Studio-X, Power Automate, and/or Copilot Studio • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Experience with Epic and basic report writing preferred • Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent preferred, not required
