• High School Degree or equivalent • 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, process improvement, or automation-related roles • Proficiency in Studio-X, Power Automate, and/or Copilot Studio • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Experience with Epic and basic report writing preferred • Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent preferred, not required
