📋 Description
• Serve as the primary liaison between MTS and the customer • Capture agreed-upon business objectives and processes • Communicate processes and their implications to technical and non-technical contributors • Ensure technology accurately meets business users' goals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience • 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience • Experience overseeing project teams and/or work processes
