📋 Description

• Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research, fact-finding, and understanding of business and industry requirements • Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing • Conduct prototypes and develop functional specifications • Perform data mapping and function mapping • Set configuration tables and transaction/control tables • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for business functions • Identify and resolve gaps in business processes • Participate in security/authorization setup • Create user documentation • Design data interfaces • Support data migration and reconciliation • Install and tune modifications and archive data as needed • Develop necessary workarounds using light programming skills • Handle Production Support tickets • Work occasional night shifts and Epic Upgrade support hours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience • Eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience • Deep understanding of information systems, business processes, and relevant business drivers and success measures • Deep knowledge of requirements management, diagramming, and use case development • Deep knowledge of process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies • Experience designing and producing quality deliverables • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle • Strong vendor relationship skills • Project management skills and ability to manage small to intermediate projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks within a timely manner • Ability to handle confidential information, including Personal Health Information (PHI) and Personal Identifiable Information (PII) • Ability to handle Production Support tickets • Availability for night shifts from 10:00pm to 12:00am 2–3 times per month and Epic Upgrades from 1:00am to 5:00am three times per year
