📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings • Elicit, clarify, and document business needs • Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, process documentation, and supporting artifacts • Develop current- and future-state process maps with business rules, decision points, and cross-functional workflows • Identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, dependencies, and improvement opportunities • Partner with business and technical teams to design, evaluate, and validate solutions • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and IT throughout the full SDLC • Own initiatives through analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support • Develop UAT strategy, prepare test scenarios and cases, coordinate execution, and ensure requirements traceability • Act as a subject matter expert for supported systems and processes • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts • Maintain reliable attendance and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, leadership, computer science or related field • Experience working within a technology-driven organization supporting enterprise systems and cross-functional initiatives • Working knowledge of higher education operations and systems, including SIS, CRM, ERP, and LMS, preferred • Demonstrated experience documenting business processes, business rules, and cross-functional workflows • Proficiency with process mapping and flowcharting tools such as Visio • Experience producing BRDs and FSDs and supporting initiatives through the full SDLC • Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies • Experience with ticketing and work management systems such as Jira • Foundational SQL knowledge and ability to create and interpret queries • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Understanding of organizational structures, governance, and operational dynamics within complex environments • Ability to travel up to 10%
