📋 Description

• Partner with key stakeholders across the Ministry to address complex business challenges • Leverage advanced analytics tools and statistical methods to drive data-informed decision-making • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions • Uncover trends and opportunities through rigorous data analysis • Deliver impactful visualizations and reports • Champion data governance and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and ethical use • Promote best practices and maintain compliance with enterprise data policies • Inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree(s) in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, technology or related field experience • Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience or knowledge in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical/analytical field • Proven ability to deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions • Epic/Clarity Certifications and/or equivalent Healthcare experience preferred • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis • Expertise in industry-standard data visualization tools • Experience handling medium to large datasets, including data cleansing, transformation, and integration • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams • Sound judgment and ownership over assigned projects • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy, and integrity • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise insights for technical and non-technical audiences
