📋 Description

• Lead the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for MeridianLink-licensed software • Manage client expectations and meet project timelines • Act as a liaison between clients and other company departments • Educate clients on software capabilities and provide best-practice recommendations • Communicate customer enhancement ideas to the Product organization • Gather core credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documents • Provide and review product workbooks • Review and troubleshoot third-party issues • Support client validation configuration • Adhere to project schedules and ensure project resources meet expected timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level professional within the subject area • Requires basic skill set and proficiency • Will conduct work assignments as directed • Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of professional experience • Ability to perform client/third Party Onboarding activities • Ability to shadow and assist SIS in configuration and UAT implementation activities • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; application asks whether future sponsorship will be required
