📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Mortgage LOS, POS, and core banking system integration implementations for new and existing customers • Manage implementations from project kick-off through testing, go-live, and transition to support • Serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle • Plan projects, manage customer communications, risks, escalations, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and objectives • Review project scope established by contractual agreements and manage implementation activities against timelines • Drive accountability among customers and MeridianLink project resources • Schedule and lead milestone meetings, including project kick-off, project charter review, and project closure • Create and maintain project plans, resource assignments, milestones, and timelines using approved tools including Smartsheet • Monitor deliverables, action items, dependencies, and readiness activities • Coordinate escalation resolution with cross-functional resources and leadership • Coordinate project activities with Implementation Analysts and other cross-functional MeridianLink resources • Track implementation-related cases and project administration in approved systems, including Salesforce • Provide regular project status, portfolio health, and escalation updates to Services Program Management • Maintain project management procedures, templates, and operational documentation and recommend process improvements • Report to the Manager of Services Program Management

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple complex implementation projects concurrently while balancing competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs • Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations, facilitate change management, identify and communicate project risk, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with both customer and internal stakeholders • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate project plans, documentation, action items, and status reporting across multiple concurrent projects • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment while adapting to changing priorities, project demands, and business needs • 3-5 years of relevant experience, specifically leading enterprise software deployments (preferred) • Experience utilizing enterprise project management tools; specific experience with Smartsheet is preferred • Familiarity with the mortgage industry, mortgage origination software, or financial technology solutions is a strong differentiator but not required • Experience incorporating AI-powered tools, such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot, into project management, customer communication, documentation, or operational workflows is a plus • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug test as part of the offer process • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment application asks whether sponsorship will be required
