📋 Description

• Own finance and revenue systems architecture and integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Bill.com, card programs, and the data warehouse • Co-build the billing engine for ramps and payments, including partner fee schedules, markups, revenue splits, and monthly partner settlements • Build reconciliation and alerting systems for platform transactions, partner statements, bank and on-chain activity, and the ledger • Own Salesforce data standards, account ownership, HubSpot sync, pipeline reporting, deal approval workflow, and pricing guardrails • Produce payments metrics and account health views • Administer sales commissions and calculate payouts from Salesforce and billing data • Automate recurring non-payroll close work • Build AI-assisted workflows for AP intake, coding, payment matching, and collections • Produce payment volume, revenue, retention, churn, pipeline, transaction success, refund, and settlement metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in revenue operations, finance operations, finance systems or billing at a payments or fintech company • Payments experience is required • Integrations and data pipelines shipped yourself, including Salesforce and NetSuite • Experience building revenue metrics and administering sales commissions • Experience writing requirements with engineering teams and seeing them through to production • Payment reconciliation at scale (nice to have) • On-chain and stablecoin data (nice to have) • Commission tools (nice to have)
