• Passion for games in all its forms • A deep knowledge of modern game engines and Unreal Engine in particular • Knowledge and experience building behaviors and/or behavior authoring systems • Knowledge of and experience with using several pathfinding approaches • Fluent in C++ and Blueprints • An innate problem solver • A respectful and disciplined coder and documenter • Contagious excitement about exploration • Experience having shipped at least 2 titles • Ability to use peer and user feedback as inspiration
