📋 Description

• Provide Tier 1 application support for clients on Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) compliance requirements • Troubleshoot application-related issues and assist clients with system navigation • Escalate complex support cases when necessary • Complete MERS Annual Reviews as a third-party auditor • Collaborate with MERS members to meet monthly data reconciliation standards using mintrak2 • Monitor and respond to client requests via the MERS Services email box • Maintain current knowledge of process and regulatory changes and MERS guidelines • Identify gaps in member processing and recommend corrections related to MERS compliance • Assist with onboarding and implementation of new clients, including initial application setup and troubleshooting • Support monthly client reporting, review discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 3+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing, servicing, or application support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong knowledge of MERS compliance requirements • Previous experience in Tier 1 support, application troubleshooting, or a technology-related field preferred • Experience working with large data sets and performing data reconciliation • Ability to read and interpret company policies and write reports and client correspondence • Previous experience working with clients/customers in a support or service role • Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Word • Employment contingent upon completing and passing a background check and drug test
