📋 Description

• Provide Level 1 technical support as a PACS Technical Support Representative • Support PACS/Synapse workflows, implementations, and application front end • Work with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces, including HL7 and DICOM • Troubleshoot and support Windows Server environments, networking, SQL Server, and Oracle • Interpret technology data and product knowledge to make independent decisions • Achieve results and meet goals in a fast-paced team environment • Work remotely during the 9AM–6PM EST shift

🎯 Requirements

• Trade School Certification, 2 Year Degree, or Industry Experience Equivalent • Superior communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent phone manner • Ability to achieve results and meet goals in a fast-paced, team environment • Ability to make independent decisions based on interpretation of technology data and product knowledge • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills • Working knowledge of Windows OS, including Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022+ • Working knowledge of networking, SQL Server, and Oracle • Preferred: Knowledge of PACS-Synapse workflows and implementations • Preferred: Knowledge of PACS-Synapse application front end • Preferred: Experience with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM) • Preferred: Knowledge of medical informatics architecture (VMware and Storage Solutions) • Preferred: Industry-specific certifications in relevant technical backgrounds (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Security+, etc.)
