📋 Description

• Provide support over email, phone, and chat to brokers and policyholders while focusing on the customer experience • Look for innovative approaches to solving customer problems • Help brokers navigate the online experience and own the quoting, binding, and endorsement processes • Serve as a subject matter expert on Attune and its insurance products and processes • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product and engineering teams to use broker feedback to improve customer experience • Report and navigate system outages and technical issues impacting customers • Perform licensed policy management tasks

🎯 Requirements

• A mix of combined education and/or work experience that has prepared you for this role • You have worked in a fast-paced, customer-focused role • You are process-driven and rely on data and analytics to evaluate success and make improvements • You have excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills • You are a highly organized person with excellent attention to detail • 1+ years of insurance experience is a plus, but we are happy to teach you • A P&C license is plus, but not required at hire • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
