• Identify and engage potential clients in the LATAM and US markets, leading the sales process from first contact to closing. • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — for your assigned markets (LATAM & US). • Generate new business through outbound prospecting: identify, research, and engage high-potential marketing agencies and SaaS companies. • Master Inbound Conversion: qualify and convert interested prospects into demos and active trials. • Deliver Consultative Demos: Adapt presentation to the specific pain points of prospects. • Build and nurture client relationships through proactive follow-ups. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve messaging and streamline the sales process.
• 3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Knowledge of the LATAM, US markets. • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued. • Fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English. • Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. • Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting. • Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics. • Understanding of social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is a plus. • Comfortable adopting new tools to improve productivity.
