📋 Description

• Own client projects and understand P&L, contract requirements, scope of work, forecasting, and project margins • Develop and maintain 12–24-month strategic account plans aligned with customer capital programs and operational priorities • Maintain executive-level relationships with National Accounts and facilitate annual strategic planning sessions • Coordinate execution across Shermco organizations, branches, and service groups • Lead internal program coordination meetings and resolve inter-branch operational conflicts • Establish standardized reporting structures and communication cadence across participating branches • Monitor estimate-to-actual trends, margin erosion, project risks, change-order capture, and financial performance • Lead quarterly financial performance reviews with executive leadership • Interpret and manage contract requirements, scope clarity, change management, RFIs, and unauthorized-scope prevention • Develop and maintain program risk registers covering safety, margin, capacity, contractual, and reputational risks • Conduct monthly risk reviews, escalate material risks, and lead contingency and recovery planning • Promote operational standards for safety compliance, estimating, project controls, and documentation • Lead lessons-learned reviews • Serve as primary client interface and maintain quarterly executive customer touchpoints • Lead Executive Business Reviews and resolve escalated operational or service issues • Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality metrics • Lead project update meetings and executive briefings • Develop repeat-business opportunities and expand Shermco services within strategic accounts • Lead cross-functional teams including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors • Conduct project kickoffs, drive execution quality, minimize rework, and ensure documentation and turnover standards • Ensure pricing alignment across regions and branches and participate in large-proposal reviews • Support capture strategies for large capital projects • Provide project performance updates, risk summaries, financial forecasts, and mitigation plans to senior leadership • Participate in post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of program or project management experience, ideally managing a national account across multiple sites • Experience in electrical construction, NETA testing, electrical commissioning, engineering services, industrial field services, power systems services, electrical infrastructure, or a related technical field • Working knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems or related technical field • Demonstrated financial literacy and ability to interpret project financials • Experience managing or overseeing large programs or projects exceeding $1M • Proven ability to coordinate multi-site or multi-branch operations • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management • Experience interpreting contracts and managing change orders • Proven ability to lead large field teams and multidisciplinary resources • Bachelor's Degree preferred • PMP certification or formal project management training • Background in utility, industrial, data center, or mission-critical environments • Experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships
