📋 Description

• support deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Nutanix environments across client engagements • hands-on implementation and operational support within HCI platforms • deploy, configure, and support Nutanix HCI environments across multiple clients • administer and maintain: Nutanix AOS, AHV virtualization, Prism Element, and Prism Central • support infrastructure projects, including: cluster deployments, expansions, migration of workloads to Nutanix, system upgrades, and lifecycle management • perform troubleshooting and issue resolution across compute, storage, and virtualization layers • assist with backup, replication, and disaster recovery configurations • monitor system health and performance, ensuring optimal operation and availability • collaborate with architects and senior engineers on design implementation and validation • maintain accurate documentation, configurations, and runbooks • support client requests, incidents, and service tickets

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, or systems engineering • hands-on experience with Nutanix AOS and AHV • strong understanding of virtualization concepts • strong understanding of storage and compute infrastructure • strong understanding of networking fundamentals • experience troubleshooting HCI environments and enterprise systems • ability to work across multiple clients and manage competing priorities • Nutanix certification (NCA, NCP, etc.) preferred • experience migrating from VMware or Hyper-V to Nutanix AHV preferred • familiarity with backup and DR solutions preferred • exposure to automation or scripting (PowerShell, APIs) preferred • experience in managed services or consulting environments preferred
