📋 Description

• Work as a database administrator in an agile scrum environment supporting federal government web applications • Complete database-related user stories during two-week development sprints • Update data supporting public and internal agency web applications • Collaborate with software developers, testers, business analysts, and UX design specialists • Participate in all agile ceremonies • Respond to and process quick-turn database updates requested by government stakeholders, Product Owners, and Project Managers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years total work experience in database development • Strong knowledge of RDBMS systems • Proficiency in writing, tuning and troubleshooting SQL queries • Knowledge of SQL development tools such as SQL Developer and TOAD • Statistical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills • Ability to quickly transition and reassess priorities to meet aggressive deadlines • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask • Strong understanding of XML and JSON structures • Ability to successfully obtain DHS Public Trust • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
