• Support the department's business processes • Complete daily departmental tasks and audit daily work for integrity • Resolve discrepancies and report them to management • Support, develop, and maintain communication and relationships with internal customers, including business units, operations, and property CFOs • Identify customer requirements and consistently meet them • Participate in the development, design, and measurement of assigned projects • Ensure analytical and control activities operate effectively within the department • Participate in measuring, developing, and improving customer service quality and efficiency across the Finance Shared Services Center • Participate in LEAN training and provide continuous improvement ideas • Support company strategies and business plans • Adhere to department policies and procedures to support successful internal and external audits • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and innovative ideas • Demonstrate proficiency in systems associated with job functions • Work in a cross-functional team environment to implement and maintain business solutions
• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years of prior relevant experience • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point, Word) and Adobe software, including constructing spreadsheets, use of formulas and formatting — Preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management — Preferred • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in shared services environment and/or process improvement — Preferred • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays — Preferred • Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language — Preferred • Experience working in a similar resort setting — Preferred • Gaming registration/work permit/licensed in all applicable jurisdictions as required — Preferred
