📋 Description

• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting that provide visibility into operational, financial, compliance, and membership performance. • Analyze purchasing, enrollment, sales, and utilization data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports that support strategic planning and operational decision-making. • Translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations for Compliance Management. • Monitor manufacturer contract compliance and identify accounts requiring corrective action. • Evaluate purchasing patterns to ensure alignment with applicable manufacturer agreements and program requirements. • Investigate compliance exceptions and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and Revenue Optimization & Member Retention. • Identify opportunities to improve member participation, retention, and program success. • Support onboarding activities to ensure accurate member enrollment and account management. • Analyze account activity to identify opportunities for contract alignment and revenue generation. • Measure the effectiveness of compliance and retention initiatives using established performance metrics. • Support the process manufacturer sales data and reconcile financial reports. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports. • Support reporting required for manufacturer business reviews and internal leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related discipline. • Three or more years of experience in business analytics, healthcare operations, reporting, compliance, or a related analytical role. • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and business intelligence. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively across teams.
