âą Analyze healthcare utilization, authorization, and claims data âą Perform complex data analysis using SQL, PowerBI or Excel âą Update, review, and maintain actuarial or financial models âą Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics âą Automate and optimize recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses âą Partner with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelor's degree âą 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or similar role âą Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualization tools âą Proficiency with healthcare data including medical, pharmacy, and ancillary claims data âą Experience with value-based analyses or Medicaid (preferred) âą Experience with financial analysis, forecasting or actuarial analyses
