📋 Description

• Lead relationships with automation vendors, including conveyor, AMR/AGV, robotics, and software providers • Develop automation solutions aligned with customer operational and financial objectives • Conduct customer site assessments and discovery meetings with the sales team • Mentor engineering and sales teams on automation technologies, design principles, and industry best practices • Support system layouts, engineering drawings, proposals, and solution presentations • Oversee engineering, approvals, and order processing for automation projects • Collaborate with Project Managers to establish milestones, sequencing, and successful project execution • Support system commissioning and startup activities • Participate in final project walkthroughs and client acceptance • Build long-term customer relationships while delivering technical expertise and service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience • 7+ years of experience designing and implementing material handling or warehouse automation solutions • Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, AGVs, AMRs, robotics, and warehouse automation technologies • Ability to read and interpret architectural, operational, and CAD drawings • Experience developing technical solutions for warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required • Visa or OPT sponsorship unavailable
