📋 Description

• Inspect and monitor utility construction projects involving natural gas, electric, telecommunications, and municipal infrastructure • Ensure construction activities comply with safety regulations, approved plans, specifications, and federal, state, local, and company standards • Serve as a third-party representative of the utility or facility owner • Protect public safety, infrastructure integrity, and project quality • Work independently in the field and navigate multiple locations daily

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in natural gas, electric, telecommunications, or municipal utility construction preferred but not required • Strong understanding of utility safety practices, excavation standards, and damage prevention requirements • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and utility maps • Comfortable working independently in the field and navigating multiple locations daily • Proficient with mobile technology and electronic reporting systems such as ArcGIS Survey123 and/or Field Maps preferred but not required • Experience with GPS instruments such as Trimble and/or Topcon preferred but not required
