📋 Description

• Plan, install, configure, and transition/commission time and frequency equipment and systems at customer sites • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to time and frequency systems • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs • Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers and end-users • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, and project records • Lead and collaborate with internal teams and customers to meet project requirements and deadlines • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during field operations • Communicate with customers, providing updates, guidance, and technical expertise • Travel as required for customer support, including occasional short-notice travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years of experience • Proven experience in field engineering, specifically with time and frequency systems • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation • Proficiency with relevant tools, software, and equipment for time and frequency systems • Experience in customer support, project management, and technical documentation • Ability to travel as required for customer support, including occasional short-notice travel • Valid driver’s license • Active TS/SCI clearance required • Experience with GPS, frequency standards, clocks, NTP/PTP servers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, time and frequency counters, and digital multimeters preferred • Experience with Linux scripting and Python preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Visio preferred • Familiarity with project management and customer service principles preferred • Candidates must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under 8 USC 1324b(a)(3)
