📋 Description

• Analyze complex healthcare contracts, financial datasets, and operational information to identify margin improvement opportunities • Investigate discrepancies, validate findings, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations • Partner with health systems to define success, quantify financial opportunities, and guide initiatives from discovery through realization • Own customer outcomes from initial analysis through ongoing engagement • Develop expertise in supply chain, pharmacy, managed care, and health system financial decision-making • Serve as a strategic partner to analysts, operational leaders, and finance executives • Guide adoption, proactively address challenges, and build trusted customer relationships • Work with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights, analytical methodologies, and complex workflows into scalable product capabilities • Identify opportunities to automate manual analysis and improve platform accuracy and value • Support renewals and expansion into new use cases • Help turn successful deployments into lasting partnerships and customer advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, financial analytics, value engineering, enterprise SaaS, or similar customer-facing environments • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working hands-on with Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools • Understanding of health system operations, particularly supply chain, pharmacy, managed care, or related functions • Ability to connect contractual and financial data to operational decision-making and execution • Experience working directly with customers to solve complex problems • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to stakeholders ranging from technical analysts to senior executives • Commercial understanding of how measurable value strengthens customer relationships and creates deeper partnerships • Interest in AI-powered analytical workflows and collaboration with Product and Engineering • Ability to work independently through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment • Must be able to relocate if required by the role, as indicated in the application form
