📋 Description

• Work with project stakeholders and end users to elicit, understand, analyze, and document system requirements • Serve as a subject matter expert for the customer and software development teams regarding product functionality • Support existing functionality and generate enhancement requirements for system improvement • Document, analyze, and review software requirements for applications supporting classification of data and documents • Interface with multiple stakeholders to assess requirements and ensure user stories are consistent across products • Oversee functional and non-functional requirements for multiple products • Manage and verify requirements • Capture detailed user needs and product functionality in user stories and completion criteria • Ensure requirements are clear, consistent, and testable • Reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into appropriate detail • Participate in peer reviews of requirements documentation • Liaise between functional and technical resources • Participate in the agile software development process, including upgrades, system modifications, problem analysis, and issue tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years as a business systems analyst with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD • Must be a US citizen • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Knowledge in generating process documentation • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Technical writing skills • Preferred: CCBA certification, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, or equivalent certification • Preferred: SAFe Agilist 4.0 certification or equivalent certification
