📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain Piwik PRO tracking configurations across 100+ client site instances • Deploy and update the Masterworks CDN-hosted telemetry stack with development contractors • Manage Piwik PRO tags, triggers, variables, and container publishes • Keep client tagging synchronized with website, donation platform, and ad account changes • Review telemetry monitoring alerts and triage data-collection issues • Debug conversion event failures and verify deployments using live page inspection, browser developer tools, and Piwik reporting APIs • Build automated methods for monitoring client sites and configurations • Respond to telemetry tickets from internal teams and Gloo capital partner teams • Explain Epiphany dashboard results and translate technical findings for non-technical teammates • Run live tests against client donation systems using credit cards to verify conversion events • Escalate code-level issues to the telemetry development contractor • Support technical onboarding by configuring Piwik site instances, ad platform pixels, and end-to-end tracking • Document client tagging configurations, deployment notes, testing guides, and telemetry records in Notion • Participate in client-facing technical onboarding calls • Ensure Gloo capital partners can request and capture visitor consent and comply with corporate requirements • Maintain URL parameter sheets and support link-testing workflows • Investigate source code ingestion issues from ad click through donation form to CRM • Contribute to internal runbooks and testing guides • Recommend telemetry architecture and technology-stack changes with telemetry engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on digital analytics or tag management experience • Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers, variables, and container structures • Experience with a web analytics platform such as Piwik PRO, GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar • Ability to debug tracking issues using browser developer tools, including the network tab, dataLayer, and event chains • Ability to manage multiple client contexts simultaneously • Clear written communication and ability to explain technical findings to non-technical teammates and clients using Slack, email, and Fibery • Experience with Piwik PRO specifically is strongly preferred • Familiarity with Meta, Google Ads, Adform, and The Trade Desk pixels is strongly preferred • Understanding of CRM source code tracking and UTM parameter schemas is strongly preferred • Basic SQL or data inspection skills, including BigQuery, Looker, or similar, are strongly preferred • Experience in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts is strongly preferred
