📋 Description

• Lead client engagements from planning through delivery • Build project plans, manage timelines and scope, and quote ad-hoc work • Manage, train, and mentor team members from Associate through Senior Analyst • Ensure quality work is delivered on time and on budget • Serve as a hands-on thought partner to clients • Identify key metrics and levers connecting financial KPIs to operational goals • Partner with the Milestone CFO team on financing strategy, including equity and debt raises • Lead difficult conversations and manage client expectations • Support renewal scope-of-work discussions • Build and maintain client forecasts, 13-week cash flows, and KPI reporting in Google Sheets • Create new standard templates as needed • Review and stress-test models and refine results for client understanding • Implement department-wide QA standards and SOPs • Standardize workpapers and resolve high-stakes data discrepancies • Evaluate effective and secure uses of AI to improve client and employee experience and deliverable quality • Maintain accurate timekeeping, budget and utilization tracking, task management, and billing updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 6+ years of FP&A or accounting experience, including leading engagements or teams • Excellent quantitative skills • Strong experience in Excel and Google Sheets • Demonstrated project management skills, including scope, timeline, and budget management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-changing environments • Ability to master new software quickly • Experience supporting fundraising activity, including equity and debt raises (preferred) • CPA, CFA, or MBA (a plus) • Dedicated remote workspace with a professional background • Strong, reliable internet connection
