📋 Description
• Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of program master schedules • Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity • Participate in meetings and projects with stakeholders, staff, and project managers • Convert project activities into tasks, milestones, and dependencies across business units and initiatives • Assess and respond to complex and time-sensitive customer requirements • Review business requirements and documentation to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies • Develop IMS queries, analyses, and reports for operations and management staff • Develop project schedules using Microsoft Project • Consolidate individual projects into portfolio-level views for leadership using Milestones Pro • Assist with business development, technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing, and proposal color reviews
🎯 Requirements
• Active Secret clearance required • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or high school diploma and 13 years of experience • Experience with Milestones Pro • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer • Ability to lift up to 10–15 pounds • Ability to travel more than 10%
