📋 Description

• Develop Apex classes, Lightning components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce for business requirements • Configure Salesforce solutions using platform point-and-click tools, including workflows, approval processes, case management, entitlements, and assignment rules • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external services using Salesforce integration capabilities • Collaborate with the Salesforce team to validate business requirements and assess security, scalability, and limits • Integrate and maintain business applications connected to Salesforce • Follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits • Document solutions for future reference and incident deflection • Apply problem-solving skills and independently execute solutions • Assist Product Owners in defining new features and translating technical requirements • Communicate status and open issues clearly to the development team and leads • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud product knowledge • At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience • Proficiency with user management, case management, API integration, reports/dashboards, and the Salesforce development lifecycle • Ability to work independently • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and Salesforce team members • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Familiarity with Experience Cloud and Agentforce development • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • 10+ years of enterprise-level software development experience • 8+ years of Salesforce Cloud experience • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce • Experience integrating internal/external services using Salesforce capabilities • Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications • Ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder desirable • Experience with AI/ML integrations or Generative AI is a plus • Competency in JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based web services desirable • Must be eligible for employment verification through E-Verify
