📋 Description

• Design and manage data-driven analyses using pharmacy claims data and complex modeling • Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary analytics team • Share relevant information and help build consensus collaboratively • Explain results and provide insights to clients orally and through clear, concise client reports • Lead meetings and interact with clients at a high level • Delegate projects and manage changing priorities • Manage data requests, project deadlines, scope of work, and client deliverables • Develop new business with current and prospective clients through understanding their needs and circumstances

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD from an ACPE accredited program • Minimum of fifteen years PBM or healthcare experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including proficiency in Excel • Proficiency working with and explaining movements in key PBM performance indicators and pharmacy claims statistics • Knowledge of formularies and pharmacy claims data and nomenclatures, including NDC, AWP, PBM, and WAC • Knowledge of claims data and how these manifest in claim adjudication and downstream analyses • Strong time management and people management skills • Experience working in a dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and integrity • Strong technical communication skills, written and oral • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future
