• Own the design, philosophy, and continual evolution of the enterprise learning and enablement architecture. • Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the CEO and Executive TEAm to design, implement, and evolve transformative learning programs. • Lead the creation, acceleration, and optimization of talent growth systems. • Guide Milo’s workforce to enable data-based decision making. • Own the multi year learning roadmap that aligns with corporate strategy, growth objectives, and capability requirements. • Partner with cross functional leaders to identify capability gaps.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Masters preferred. • At least six years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field; five years of leadership experience. • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
