📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and customer requirements across multiple data center functions including space design and delivery, physical security, power and environmental operations, health & safety, interconnection, incident management, and change management • Oversee service availability, compliance, and key performance indicators • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Account Management, Design, Construction, Implementations, Operations, EHS, IT, and Security to ensure a seamless delivery of services • Drive business process innovation to enhance contract delivery capabilities through defined processes, systems, and automation • Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS in technical discipline or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years’ experience in data center colocation or IT infrastructure support • Technical aptitude with an understanding of contract and lease terms including energy, building premises, telecom, security, and operations • Experience with data center builds, migrations, and installations • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar certification are preferred
