📋 Description

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy • Coordinate care across a range of treatment settings • Provide high-quality individual and group teletherapy using CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care • Administer validated clinical assessments during monthly reviews to measure acuity and track progress • Adjust treatment plans and engagement frequency based on member readiness and clinical need • Collaborate with Care Team Members/Care Extenders to address medical, behavioral, and health-related social needs • Conduct real-time risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis stabilization for high-acuity events • Complete detailed clinical documentation in DAP format within 24 hours of services • Use video, secure messaging, and digital wellness content for member engagement • Participate in clinical team huddles, maintain population registry data, and track panel metrics • Engage family members, caregivers, and community-based organizations to build support networks • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and measurement-based, culturally competent care • Use M3, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 screenings and triage intake referrals • Educate clients about resources and community programs and make referrals when clinically indicated • Develop, manage, and update treatment plans • Maintain confidential patient records and diagnostic documentation in the employer’s EMR • Submit charges for professional services daily • Provide coverage for absent colleagues • Mentor and assist incoming therapists when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or another applicable behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university • Current Nevada Department of Health (NV DOH) independent behavioral health license • Eligible licenses include Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) • Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field • Experience with severe mental illness • Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, mental health, substance use disorders, interpersonal violence, and social issues • Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred • Ability to provide case/care management in routine and crisis situations • Ability to train, develop, and coach team members • Ability to plan, organize, manage time, prioritize multiple tasks and assignments, and follow through • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
