📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for IAM platforms and services from intake through delivery and sign-off • Lead requirements discovery sessions, stakeholder reviews, and walkthroughs • Research and document security, compliance, and regulatory requirements • Author user stories, use cases, and process flows • Manage requirements lifecycle, including traceability, prioritization, change control, and approval • Partner with engineering, QA, and operations teams throughout the SDLC • Support application onboarding and integration for authentication, authorization, and provisioning services • Maintain documentation in Confluence and Jira • Act as an IAM advisor to business and technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Proven experience researching, authoring, and managing complex requirements end-to-end • Ability to create detailed documentation, diagrams, and process flows • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, identity federation, user provisioning and lifecycle management, application onboarding, PAM, and coarse-grained authorization models • Ability to research and apply security requirements aligned to OWASP, SOX, NIST, GDPR, and GxP • Experience with SDLC, including requirements, design, testing, and release • Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud security concepts • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, and Jira • TestRail experience strongly preferred • Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Azure AD B2C, WSO2 Identity Server, and SailPoint IdentityIQ highly desirable • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization and engage with senior stakeholders
