📋 Description

• Review every static ad before shipment for copy, visuals, and brand alignment • Identify typos, grammar errors, punctuation issues, awkward phrasing, and copy inconsistencies • Verify alignment, spacing, typography, color usage, image quality, logo placement, and composition • Cross-check ads against client brand guidelines • Confirm dimensions, file specifications, and format requirements for Meta, TikTok, and other placements • Report execution errors, broken layouts, low-resolution images, and off-brand elements to designers or strategists • Maintain and evolve QA checklists based on recurring error patterns • Coordinate with the project manager and creative team through the internal project management tool and Slack • Track recurring issues and identify systemic gaps in the creative process • Meet KPIs for QA throughput, error rate, turnaround time, pattern documentation, and 30/60/90-day ramp milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a QA, proofreading, or detail-focused review role • Ideally experience inside a creative agency, marketing team, or publishing environment • Native or near-native English fluency • Strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and copy consistency skills • Familiarity with performance marketing static ads, especially Meta and TikTok ad formats and specs • Ability to review visual creative for alignment, typography, hierarchy, and brand consistency • Experience working from brand guidelines across high volumes of assets • Highly organized and methodical; able to maintain checklists and processes across multiple client accounts • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving production environment • Direct and specific feedback style
