📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partnership, and SaaS contracts. • Partner with teams across sales, marketing, product, HR, and leadership to provide practical legal guidance that supports business growth. • Support the privacy and security team on privacy, data protection, and regulatory matters impacting the business. • Identify legal and operational risks and provide clear, business-oriented recommendations to help the company move forward confidently. • Help build scalable legal processes, templates, and workflows that improve efficiency across the organization. • Assist with corporate, operational, and strategic legal matters as the company continues to grow.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar • 4+ years of legal experience, preferably with a combination of large law firm and in-house experience • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts • Experience advising business stakeholders on legal and operational risk • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience implementing AI-assisted legal workflows and contract management a plus • Experience working in technology, ecommerce, SaaS, advertising, or digital media environments is a plus
