📋 Description
• Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of client and vendor agreements • Advise stakeholders regarding relevant issues and risks in our contracts • Supervise and manage the performance of the Contracts Team Members • Develop contract policies and processes • Deliver training and guidance to employees on legal issues
🎯 Requirements
• JD from accredited law school • License to practice law in at least one US state and in good standing • 8-10 years relevant experience.
