📋 Description

• Manage a full recruitment life cycle • Ensure adherence to all local and federal labor laws and regulations • Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures • Collaborate with managers to cultivate strong leadership skills • Partner with employees and management to provide expert guidance on HR policies • Analyze data and trends to inform HR strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • Experience with JazzHR, Monday.com, Rippling, or similar tools
