• Lead a portfolio of complex, engineered-to-order projects • Leadership and development of a high-performing PM team • Cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales • Proactive risk management—no surprises • Ensure we meet customer commitments with clarity and consistency
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience • 8+ years managing complex project portfolios • Experience leading teams or programs • Experience in Government, OEM, or strategic account environments preferred • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills • PMP certification required
