📋 Description

• Design innovative energy solutions that solve our customers' most critical challenges • Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and customers to create system-level designs for distributed power generation, energy storage, and critical power applications • Perform dynamic modeling and engineering analysis to validate system performance • Develop project scope definitions, equipment specifications, and technical documentation • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand requirements and constraints • Present technical solutions to customer stakeholders, from facilities managers to executives • Develop comprehensive technical proposals that differentiate our solutions • Collaborate with Sales to create winning strategies for competitive opportunities • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and customer specifications • Contribute to the development of standard designs, templates, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical design, pre-sales engineering, or applications engineering within energy, industrial systems, or complex technical environments • Strong technical foundation with demonstrated ability to learn and master new technologies • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and engineering analysis tools • Experience creating technical proposals and customer-facing documentation • Excellent communication skills—able to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences • Strong problem-solving abilities and systems-thinking approach • Business acumen with understanding of project economics and value drivers • Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 30-40%) for customer meetings and site visits
