📋 Description

• Contribute to the delivery approach and serve as the go-to person for delivery questions within teams • Run delivery discovery for new work, mapping dependencies, risks, and open questions before committing to plans • Keep delivery plans current as delivery signals change • Run workstreams end to end, defining clear completion criteria and delivering with a clear view of risk • Coordinate across cross-functional teams and third parties • Identify connections between teams and build strong working relationships • Own delivery communications, including status and risk updates to peers and managers • Provide partner teams with a clear path to raise requests and concerns • Coach teams on delivery practices • Onboard contributors to delivery tooling and norms • Improve delivery standards and metrics • Focus long-term on Acquisitions and support other high-priority initiatives requiring delivery support • Report to the Principal Delivery Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering cross-functional initiatives end-to-end • Track record of identifying and resolving delivery problems within a team before escalation • Strong coordination skills, recognizing connections between teams and acting early • Clear communication at peer and manager level, including facilitating small stakeholder groups • High standard for delivery quality and follow-through • Ability to travel ~4+ times per year for high-quality in-person collaboration • Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry preferred • Experience in acquisitions, growth, or customer-acquisition-adjacent domains preferred • Familiarity with a credit acquisitions process at a bank, fintech, or card issuer preferred • Mission Lane is not sponsoring new applicant employment authorization
