📋 Description

• Scope and lead new mission-critical features end-to-end • Design and implement new processes and systems enhancing our entire engineering organization’s productivity • Be involved and provide input in product and strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a fast-growing technical SaaS company • Have a strong product/user orientation • Have led large and complex technical products in the past • Enjoy making decisions independently and under uncertainty • Are equally comfortable designing frontend UIs and backend APIs • Take a modular approach to building infrastructure and services
