📋 Description

• Edit, proofread, and prepare manuscripts and professional documents for publication • Develop and format publication-ready materials using Adobe InDesign • Prepare and edit images for publication using Adobe Photoshop • Create and modify charts, maps, and graphics using Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint • Generate PDF documents and publication packages using Adobe Acrobat Professional • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with publication standards • Coordinate publication timelines and support document production efforts • Maintain version control and document management processes • Submit weekly and monthly status reports outlining project progress, accomplishments, and upcoming deliverables • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure publication requirements are met

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) in English or a related field with an English concentration • 5-10 years of experience in manuscript editing and document preparation for publication • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint • Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Professional • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
