📋 Description

• Develop and optimize thin film deposition processes for advanced DRAM. • Perform process characterization, solving issues, and defect reduction. • Drive thin film roadmap activities aligned to future technology nodes. • Collaborate with teams and suppliers to mature tools and materials. • Analyze physical and electrical data to guide process decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or MS or equivalent experience with 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in a related field. • Strong foundation in process science including thermodynamics or transport phenomena. • Experience designing and analyzing experiments using DOE. • Ability to work independently and across multi-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience developing thin films for EUV patterning applications (Preferred). • Background with surface analysis techniques such as XPS, AFM, XRD, or SIMS (Preferred). • Experience with ALD, CVD, PECVD, or related deposition processes (Preferred). • Knowledge of SPC and process maturity for manufacturing (Preferred). • Experience bringing to bear Artificial Intelligence for data analysis or process development (Preferred).
